Celebration of Life services for Mrs. Elmira “Tiny” Miller-Jackson, of Belcher, will be Saturday, February 8, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., in the Chapel of Washington's & Smith's Paradise Funeral Home, 1842 Barton Drive, Shreveport, Louisiana 71107.
